No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects take place.
Payments
Card details are processed directly by Banco Santander on its payment gateway; Registro Profesional de Tenis, S.L. only receives confirmation of the transaction.
Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following have access as data processors, only to provide their service: the bank (payment), the web hosting provider (Dinahosting, Spain) and the newsletter provider (Mailchimp, by Intuit Inc., USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rpt@rptenis.org, with a copy of your ID. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
