Luis Mediero, President and Founder of the Registry of Tennis Professionals – RPT has made history in Spanish tennis by personally training and certifying more than 10,000 tennis teaching Professionals and coaches across all Spanish Autonomous Communities over the past 37 years. No one in the history of Spanish tennis has accomplished anything similar, and it will be difficult to surpass.

Founded in Spain in 1989, the Registry of Tennis Professionals – RPT has successfully extended its philosophy beyond our borders to 131 countries, training and certifying more than 28,000 teaching professionals and coaches and achieving the highest recognition from the most prestigious organizations in the tennis industry.

The Registry of Tennis Professionals – RPT has become the oldest and largest promotor of junior tennis in Spain, organizing the RPT – MARCA by Wilson powered by Ambrosia National Junior Circuit since 1995. Now in its 31st edition, the circuit features 31 weeks of competition with 89 tournaments across Spain, attracting more than 6,000 players with the support of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation and the collaboration of HdI, NH Hotels & Resorts, ICI Sports University, and APE Deporte.

Since Juan Carlos Ferrero – ATP #1 – won the inaugural edition, more than 50,000 players have participated in its various tournaments. The RPT – MARCA Junior Tour by Wilson powered by Ambrosia is the longest-running and largest circuit in the history of Spanish tennis.
